CCTV/Surveillance
We have installed a CCTV systems at our premises, for the purpose of public and staff safety and crime prevention and detection.
CCTV is installed on the outside of some of our buildings for the purposes of monitoring building security and crime prevention and detection.
CCTV is installed inside both stable blocks for public and staff safety, crime prevention and detection. CCTV is installed on the outside of the stable blocks to monitor vehicles in and out of the yard and to ensure the safety of all visitors and staff, CCTV cameras are installed around the outside of the main hall.
Signs are displayed notifying you that CCTV is in operation and providing details of who to contact for further information about the scheme.
Images captured by CCTV will not be kept for longer than necessary; the system used is HIK Vision, which will store images for up to 5 weeks. However, on occasions there may be a need to keep images for longer, for example where a crime is being investigated. There is no audio recording.
You have the right to see CCTV images of yourself and be provided with a copy of the images, the date and time of your visit would be required.
We will only disclose images to authorised bodies who intend to use it for the purposes stated above. Images will not be released to the media or placed on the internet for public viewing.
